This bilateral stimulation is applied while the person concentrates on specific memories, with the aim of reducing the emotional intensity associated with them.

Zo bepalen niet de mensen om u heen, of de wereld om u heen wie je bent, maar bepaalt u dat zelf door bewust te zijn wat er zich allemaal in u afspeelt. Ook uw emoties of gedachtepatronen worden zo duidelijk voor u en krijgt u inzicht wat die voor invloed hebben op uw dagelijkse leven.
